Catching Up | Weights

Sunday, March 22nd

I ended up dominating my friends at Monopoly Friday night; I won with only one monopoly to my friends' several which was pretty cool. Got home at around 2:30.

Saturday morning, we went to Mandola's Italian market for brunch; I was really craving eggs and they have a weekend breakfast menu now so I ordered poached eggs. Lemme tell you... this breakfast/lunch was perf. I was so upset I couldn't finish it all.

i love eggs

For the rest of the day, I just worked out, went to work on some homework, bought some hot milk tea with boba, and rested a bit. I literally have no groceries...so dinner was kind of a sad combination of what I did have at the time- brussel sprouts, PBJ, and some coffee. Sigh. I need to go grocery shopping.

This morning, I went to Whole Foods for some groceries and made lunch, then went to a meeting, and then to the gym. It's the first time in a long time I've been to the university's gym for weights workout, and it was kind of intimidating. I didn't realize how out of shape I am in terms of strength.

It felt kind of good to work out without running, but it's also kind of weird for me. I just felt like taking a break from running today because I've been kind of exhausted lately. I haven't had coffee today and the weather got a lot hotter so I think that combination has given me a pretty bad headache that's kind of driving me insane. I've been trying to stay hydrated today but it's really not going away. Maybe I need some food in me.

In other news, I've been watching a lot of weylie's vlogs on YouTube lately; I really like her personality and her videos are surprisingly entertaining to watch. Also, kind of random, but I've been really craving fast food. I usually don't even like fast food because it makes me feel awful and I just don't even prefer the taste over anything really but I really just want a soda and a burger.

School starts up again tomorrow and I am not excited at all. I'm absolutely dreading the week, knowing that it is just going to be busy and long and tiring. Spring Break really did fly by for me and I'm really sad that it's over.
