Sunday night, the banquet was quite fun; I had a good time and ate quite a bit more dessert than I should have. Our family Woohoo! won the best family award for merit points, and my Big Sibs gifted each of us a mug and personal letter. Because I held no position in the organization other than regular member, the awards and sappy messages and senior farewells were a bit boring, but the night was still fun and I managed to take way too many photos.
For the first time in awhile, last weekend, I felt like I had a lot of girlfriends. Usually I feel lacking in that respect, but I spent a great deal of time with some of the girls in my family and it was really refreshing.
For the rest of the week, I have felt extremely lazy and lethargic. I've been eating a lot less healthy than I like lately and still haven't been back to the gym so it's been a bit rough getting back into the swing of things. I went for ice cream Monday night with some people, and had a luncheon at work on Tuesday, but other than that I've had no plans, no work, and no school, which has led to some real laziness.
Today I have an exam, so I'll be studying, and then hopefully tomorrow I will get back to the gym and start a regular routine of things for the summer. I want to make it home to Katy sometime soon but my supervisor convinced me to take more hours this summer so I don't know how that's going to happen.
Other than that, not much to report except that I've been watching an anime with my boyfriend and a lot of the show Friends lately.
